old bowls could not be cleaned. These new bowls make the stove look great

Removed old bowls and replaced with the new bowls. Also, thanks for your help with the rang knobs. You did not have the replacement knobs for my range but you gave me help in where I might get them. With the new bowls and knobs the range looks like new. Thanks again for all your help.

broiler didn't work

Removed original broiler element, and found it was open. Replaced with new element.

The burner didn't work because it had the wrong drip bowl

Old drip bowls, tried prepackaged from box stores

After putting up with ill fitting generic versions of our drip bowls, we smartend up and ordered correct parts. They went in super easy, perfect fit and the heating element is now perfectly level. replacement drip pans didn't fit -- wrong type

Purchased appropriate drip pans here. They arrived overnight, much to our surprise! The range elements were easy to remove, and the drip pans fit precisely as they were designed to do. Ta Da! repair completed.

Broken drawer glide

Used a phillips head screwdriver to remove the single screw holding the part in place and put the new one on. Finding the part on this site was a breeze and it arrived quickly. A first rate experience all around.

Oven Was Not Heating As It Should

Removed lower oven rack. Unplugged stove,removed 2 screws holding element in place,pulled element forward unplugged 2 wires. Reversed proc. To reinstall . Very simple. Parts were here in less than 24 hrs using standard shipping. Very good service

Bake Element burned out

I found a video on YouTube and watched it showing how to change the element - then I performed the repair based on the instructions and recommendations in the video. The video had some good recommendations and cautions that helped ensure a successful repair.

Burner not working

I took the burner out of the box and snapped it into the slots on the stove, turned on the stove and made dinner! By the way, I received it in 2 days, which was great. Wrong replacement Drip Pans installed previously caused damge to 8" Burner.

Removed burners and drip pans, replaced drip pans and re-installed burners. Simple....

Generic Drip Bowls Made The Burners Tilt.

Pulled out the generics and popped in the correct bowls for my whirlpool. Done in less than 10 minutes and perfecto,. . . Level burners :-) thanks we'll be back when we need you again.
