Replaced trigger switch assembly TVA6 twice, still leaking air when trigger pressed. Doesn't fire. What else could cause this problem?

Hi Richard, thank you for reaching out. As you have already replaced the trigger switch assembly twice, we would suggest checking the head valve seal, part number PS10246514. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

remove 2 Philips head screws, drive out drift pins with drill bit. Remove TVA6 replace with new TVA6 making sure TVA6 is completely seated and slots are aligned with drift pin holes! Drive in drift pins. Replace trigger and screws. This did not solve the problem as suggested by Parts select. Replaced Head Valve Seal...Problem resolved
