Hello Roberta, thank you for the question. According to our research, if you do not remove the dried load promptly at the end of the cycle. The dry load will continue tumbling without heat to help reduce wrinkling. When the chime is selected, a beep will be heard periodically. If the issue still occurs, you may need to check the door switch, part number PS11699958, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
Hello Harvey, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, we would recommend checking the user interface control board, part number PS12746120, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
Hi Harvey, thank you for the question. The error code E50 indicates an issue with the motor. First, you may need to make sure that you are able to rotate the drum by hand. Also, ensure that the belt and the pulley are properly secured. Inspect the motor for any visual damage and loose connections. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the control board, part number PS11700626, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this is helpful!
Super easy to fix! Unscrewed some screws, removed the broken latch on the door, put new one on, and put screws back in place. Thank you Parts select! I will definitely use this company again as needed!
I ordered the part in October2020 and it is now December 17 2020, I have not received the part and if I go to my tracking number it is stuck on its way to the next facility with a date of December 7th.
