The blue led clock on the door is no longer visible, would like to replace that piece, but cannot see a match that's labeled clock or led in the door diagram. Everything else is perfectly functional on the microwave. Thank you!

Hi Steve, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, you may need to check the microwave display control board, part number PS11726495. We have found some relevant instructions to replace the display control board. These may not be of the exact same model but will help you with the process. You may follow the following steps: unplug the power cord or shut off the power supply. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to unthread the screws securing the top grille. Pull the grille down from the top to detach. Disconnect the door wire connector and use a small flat-head screwdriver to pry out the access plug. Detach the door assembly mounting pins from the holes in the hinges to remove the assembly and set it on a sturdy surface. Next, pry out the plugs covering the four mounting screws holding the inner and outer door panels together. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to unthread the screws. Now, use a putty knife to help separate the outer door assembly from the inner panel. Remove the window insert, unthread all the screws securing the display board cover. Lift up the cover and detach the wires from the clips on the cover. Next, unthread the mounting screws to release the display board. Disconnect the harness connector, release the ribbon from the connector. Install the display board by following the same steps backwards. We hope this information is useful!

Hi Eva, Thank you for your question. If you have to slam the door shut to get it to work, check the switch holder inside the microwave to see if it is positioned correctly. If it is, then the switches may not be working correctly and they will need to be replaced. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

Microwave tripped circuit breaker when turned on
Remove vent cover then remove touch screen control panel. When you remove control panel take photo of where everything is plugged in then unplug and remove control panel. 3 door switches located next to door in a plastic chassis. Test each switch with current tester. Remove the bad switch and replace with the new one. You tube DIY helped.

Power would not come on, would trip breaker when connected.
First thing I dir was search YouTube for any related videos and found this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHj4H9Fdxrc, it was the exact problem my microwave was exhibiting. Once I verified the problem by troubleshooting, I removed the part and verified that the switches were working fine, the door latch assembly showed signs of wear which was the cause of the problem. After receiving the replacement part I installed it, verified that power was restored to the unit and reassembled the microwave, works fine, hope it lasts a long time!

Pressing the start, microwave will start and dies out. Electric is tripping.
The diagnosis is about an hour. Coz, I need to open the control panel, got a tester, and trsted all critical parts inside the panel.
Also, replaced the fuse just to make sure its a new one. Found out it was a switch (bottom part) that control the open/close of the microwave door.

When found out the problem, the rest of the work is easy.
