DRYER STOPS PREMATURELY AND INDICATES "E60" AND "SEE MANUAL"
For model number EFDC210TIW00
Hi Tom, thank you for contacting us. The error code E60 refers to a heating problem with the dryer. Before doing anything, try to reset your dryer. Unplug it for 5-10 minutes before plugging it back in again. This will clear the error code if there is no other underlying problem. If this does not help, ensure there is enough fresh air around the machine. Clean the condenser and lint filters thoroughly. A faulty heater could cause the error code E60. Open your dryer and check your dryer's heater. Look for any damaged or loose wires connected to the heater. Check the heater's capacitor with a multimeter for continuity. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
I ordered the part in October2020 and it is now December 17 2020, I have not received the part and if I go to my tracking number it is stuck on its way to the next facility with a date of December 7th.
