Getting er03 and er11

Thank you for your question. The ER-03 error code indicates that the circulation pump motor may be malfunctioning or may be obstructed. If there are no blockages, the motor will have to be replaced. The ER-11 error code indicates a water supply issue. Make sure that the water supply to the washer is completely turned on and the inlet hoses are not obstructed. Make sure the water pressure is sufficient and that the water inlet valve is operating normally. Test the water inlet valve for continuity with a multimeter to verify that it is working. Our dishwaher stopped during wash cycle. I removed all standing water. What do I do next?

Hi Mark, thank you for your inquiry. After removing the standing water, you should next check for blockages in the dishwasher's filter, drain hose, as blockages in these can stop the dishwasher mid-cycle. Locate and clean the filter at the bottom of the dishwasher to remove any food debris. If this does not help, you will need to replace the door latch, part number PS2367870. Make sure the door is completely closed, and the latch is engaged properly. Glad to be of help!
My upper rack needs replacing as plastics have eroded & rusted. I want to get cirrect replacement rack. Please advise on part number & where I can acquire.

Disconnect from power Unscrewed 4 phillips screws from top of outer door. Unscrewed 2 screws each siide of door. Lower outer door section drops away. Note wiring sequence on dispenser, then disconnect wires. Unscrew 6 screws on dispenser and lift dispenser out.
Place new dispenser in place (note orientation), ann fasten in place with screws, remembering to replace wire retainer on left lower screw. Reconnect wires to dispenser correctly. Slide lower outer door over tabs and secure with the 4 side screws. Ensure lower door is up under control panel and secure with the 4 top screws.
Fill dispenser with detergent, reconnect power and test run while enjoying a cup of tea in celebration of a job well done..
I was able to pull out the top basket were the glasses are put then I lined up the back and the center plastic clip an slid on the center spray arm. It took about 2 miniutes
The only difficultpart was to figure out how to remove the stainless cover from the door. Seems it slides upwards after screws are removed. After that it is self explainatory and goes back together in 5 minutes.
