My refrigerator is not cooling

Hello Josh, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the thermostat assembly, the defrost thermostat, the evaporator fan motor, the defrost heater, the defrost control board, the air baffle and air diffuser. You can test the parts with a multimeter. Good luck with your repair.
Compressor does not turn off. Ran all night. I cleaned the coils, checked to see that fan is running, and replaced the Starter TS02 parts on compreeor. No change. Refg, just started making ice again. Left side is cold. Right side does not feel cold enough. Thanks Harry

Thank you for your question. If your refrigerator is constantly running, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the defrost thermostat, the thermostat assembly, and the capacitor. We have included some links that you may reference on how to check these parts and some others as well. Thanks to the pictorial diagram, I was able to order correct parts. It was just a matter of removal of broken parts and replacing them. Ice maker now working and air is no longer getting into freezer which was freezing up ice maker. Thanks for timely delivery, now I am able to use ice dispenser, which I haven't used for long time. Thanks
