Gas broiler won't turn on.
For model number ECFG3668ASA

Hi Greg, thank you for getting in touch. If your gas broiler won't turn on, it is mostly due to a faulty igniter, which may glow but fail to reach the temperature necessary to open the gas safety valve. We would suggest checking the broil burner igniter, part number PS16745837. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
