New ice maker.. doesn't seem be be getting water to make ice? Water dispenser works?
For model number DFSS9VKBASS
PartSelect logo
Hi Heath, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, you may need to replace the water inlet valve, part number PS2374812. Before replacing it, we suggest you check the water supply line and the water filter, which might be clogged. If the water is not flowing in the icemaker, the dispenser would not perform its function. We hope this solves your problem!
