Broken plastic handle end caps
Step #1: Remove 2 screws at the inside top of the oven door that holds the inner/outer oven door together. Step #2: Remove the screws from the inner door that hold the plastic handle end caps to the door. Tip: Use a file to dress up the tips of the metal handle bar so that it fits easily into the new plastic handle end caps. Step #3: Install the first new plastic handle end cap. Step #4: Slide the metal handle bar into the plastic handle end cap that was just installed on the outer oven door. Step #5: Place the other plastic handle end cap on the metal handle bar. Step #6: Install the second plastic handle end cap on the outer oven door. Step #7: Reassemble the oven door by installing the screws that were removed in step #1.

Bake element burned out
My husband (a retired tool & die maker) easily removed the old bake element after first turning off the circuit. He cleaned up the burned salt that we had used to try to put the "fire" out but finally just shut down the circuit. Then just as easily istalled the new element. Thanks to your quick service, we were only without the use of the oven for a day and a half!

Lower Oven Bake Element Burned Out
I should note that my first order to PartsSelect.com
was made on-line and that I selected the wrong part by comparing the burned-out element to the web site picture. When I received that part, I phoned and quickly corrected my mistake, ordered the correct part and obtained return instructions.
With the correct part in hand, I removed the two screws holding the element in place, pulled the element out a short distance to disconnect the two wires and removed the burned-out element. Reversing this procedure I installed the new bake element and completed the job by checking out the oven heating. The hardest part of all this was reaching over the oven door and stretching to unscrew and screw the necessary screws.

Oven elements were not heating properly.
I had to remove two screws that held these elements in place from back of oven; pull the elements out about three inches to disconnect two wires; connected wires to new elements and
replaced two screws.
A very easy job to perform thanks to right parts from PartSelect.

Broiler element blew out.
- removed the old element
- looked for part number, was none
- could not find direct replacement listed
- compared to dimensions on drawing
- ordered part
- discovered that the mounting plate on new element was too small, holes did not line up, did not cover opening in back of oven.
- sawed off mounting plate on new element
- removed mounting plate from old element
-drilled out holes on old mounting plate to accept new element
- attached the modified element
- Everything works fine.

End cap broke to the oven door
I took the old cap off, and replaced it with the new one. I am glad I had the sense to buy this online, If I had gotten a repairman to fix this, it probably would have costs $100.00 instead of the $17.00 it cost me to fix it myself. Thanks.
