Leaking underneath and power and compressor lights are still on
For model number CF1510
Hello and thank you for writing.
It certainly sounds like it could be a faulty capacitor PS2333670 and/or possibly a malfunctioning start device PS2373403 you should check the part(s) for signs of damage or test with a multimeter, and replace the part(s) as needed. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
I accidently threw away both freezer keys to our upright Gibson and G.E. Freezers!!!! I had no luck finding replacements locally, so I got on the internet and came across PartSelect.com. I called them on the telephone; and after giving the model numbers of my freezers, the keys were on their way!! I received the keys very quickly and both worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Partselect.com. Charlotte M. Bishop
We ordered the part, which was a key, tied it on the freezer door handle, locked the door and voila, the problem was fixed. (We still have the children. :-)
I removed all of the expandable pins that held the gasket and the inner door panel, and removed the old gasket from the inner door panel. The new gasket was then placed around the edges of the inner panel. While holding the gasket and panel in the proper location, the expandable pins were inserted into the mounting holes, finishing the installation.
