Nothing works except the top burners. Error Code F930.
For model number C2S950P2M2S1
Hi James,
Thank you for your question. The F930 or F9 error indicates an issue with the door lock. The door lock may have failed, there may be a faulty wiring connection, or there is debris on the lock preventing it from locking correctly. To see if you can remove the error code, first try unplugging the oven for 30 seconds. If this does not help, try cleaning the door lock. Make sure the oven is unplugged when cleaning the lock. If you have tried these steps and the code is still displayed on the control panel, check the door lock for signs of damage and also use a multimeter to test it for continuity. When testing it with a multimeter, first set the door lock to unlocked position. If you get no continuity, you will need to replace the door lock. Then set the door lock to the locked position. If there is no continuity, the door lock will have to be replaced. Check the wiring connected to the door lock and the electronic control board for signs of damage and repair or replace them if they are damaged. We hope this helps!
