getting error that bean container is empty and its not. The grinder is making a wonky sound when it attempts to grind coffee which I feel is the causal issue. Anyone have any experience with this issue on this machine?

Hi Joseph, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, often system fill messages are caused by grinding the beans too finely. Finely ground beans will get soaked and become mud that stops the system. Adjust the grinder to a coarser setting. Running a cleaning and descaling cycle may solve this problem, but the spouts may need to be removed and cleaned manually. Coffee grinds accumulate in the dispensing spouts over time if the grind setting is too coarse, extremely oily beans are used or neglecting cleaning cycles. We hope this solves your problem!
