I bought this oven brand new about a week ago. I started baking with it as i operate a home bakery. It does not brown the top of my bread and the bread in the back gets done before the bread in the front. I talked to someone today and they told me to check the oven door seal. I noticed the seal is a thin rubber seal that goes part way around. There are a couple spots where there are no clips. The bottom of the doorway has no seal. There are holes for clips, but no seal.
For model number ACR4303MFW4
Hi Jolene,
Thank you for your question. The door gasket with clips are available for this model. The part number listed under your model number for the door gasket with clips is WPW10129032. Also if the oven is not heating evenly, the issue may be the temperature sensor. This part measures and regulates the temperature in the oven. Where this is a recently purchased oven, you are likely under warranty with it and you will need to contact the manufacturer for information. If they are unable to assist you, you may order the parts from us, either online or by calling our customer service line and anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
Unplugged burners. . . . . Removed old bowls and replaced with new. . . . . . Plugged burners back in. However, I do want you to know that I could not believe the promptness of your service and the courteous customer service person that assisted me with my problem in selecting the correct drip bowls. You are definitely a unique company!!!!
Opened up the back of the stove. Unpluged the sensor. Replaced the sensor. Replace the back of the stove.
The sensor that has been replaced is not what is expected. After reading all of the instructions for adjusting the temperatures, the only temp that stays steady is when we first turn on the oven to 350 degrees. That stays steady but when I turn it to 400 it slowly goes up to 425 degrees.
