What does error codes f1 EO err

Hey Teresa, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and found that code F1E0 indicates that one or two keys are permanently pressed. Remove any objects left on the control area, and wipe any debris from the control panel surface. Clean the cooktop's touch control panel thoroughly.
If this does not fix the error, then you may need to replace the control board, part number PS16555255. We hope this helps!

Hi Teresa, thank you for contacting us. Error Code F1 E0 indicates that one or more keys are pressed. Make sure the cooktop controls are OFF. Remove any objects left on the control area, and wipe any debris from the control panel surface. Clean the cooktop touch control panel thoroughly. Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect. Allow the range to idle after restoring the power again. If the error code reappears, replace the control board, part number PS16555255. Please submit a new question if you have any follow-ups.
Unplugged burners. . . . . Removed old bowls and replaced with new. . . . . . Plugged burners back in. However, I do want you to know that I could not believe the promptness of your service and the courteous customer service person that assisted me with my problem in selecting the correct drip bowls. You are definitely a unique company!!!!
Opened up the back of the stove. Unpluged the sensor. Replaced the sensor. Replace the back of the stove.
The sensor that has been replaced is not what is expected. After reading all of the instructions for adjusting the temperatures, the only temp that stays steady is when we first turn on the oven to 350 degrees. That stays steady but when I turn it to 400 it slowly goes up to 425 degrees.
