freezer no freezing food and ice maker fan not working.

Hello Samuel, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend using a little lower temperature setting for the freezer. The Freezer Temperature Control range is from -6°F to 8°F (-21°C to -13°C). The lower the number setting, the colder the freezer compartment will become. Also, check the ice fan assembly, part number PS16661343, and make sure its motor is not shorted. I pulled the gasket off and installed the new one. It was very easy. All I had to do was to push the new gasket in place in the grooves in the door. The gasket I received was identical to the one I replaced.
