Broken handle
I found and removed the clip for the door - top on the inside (not easy to find) and then removed the door. Called support who told me to watch you-tube and there were good instructions there. Needed needle nose pliers to hold broken screw and a screw driver that could fit between the metal. Flat head and phillips are required. OH you should try to leave the screw in the hole as getting it back there is a PIA. Took about 20 minutes and I am challenged mechanically. Altogether, not too bad.

Microwave Door Handle Busted Off (At Top Of Handle)
Easy as 1-2-3! Removed door from unit (top right hinge has an easy small lock that simply "snaps out" with a standard screwdriver. Placed door face down on table. Removed outer (perimeter) frame with standard screw driver, by plying up. Removed the two screws (to the handle) from the backside of door with a phillips screwdriver. Replaced with the new door handle and repeated the above steps in reverse. Done.

Grill vent was broken and could easily be pulled off
Removed grill vent. Removed screws (save screws) from top of unit and removed broken tabs that the screws held in the frame. Inserted the bottom tabs of the grill vent and slid the top tabs into the slots, centering under the screw holes. Screwed the two screws in. This problem likely originated during a repair call where a leaf had fallen into the vent pipe and landed on the fan, creating a clicking sound. Our guess is that the mx person pulled off the vent without removing the screws, and simply replaced it. We didn't notice until it came off in our hands while cleaning it.
