I was sent the wrong fuse by you. I had to procure a fuse in another manner. Very disappointing. The repair was simple. It just took longer because of the failure to send the correct fuse.

took it to Buttermore appliance in Auburn Indiana and he changed the fan and added another fuse

Replace Magnetron and then I the inverter unit after I discovered the unit still did not heat properly. Inverter had capacitor that was cracked and I found a diode that was flashing over the printed circuit board.

Took the front off and behind a plate was the fuse, so I replaced it for what good that did!!!

The repair was easy, I just took off a few screws and found the broken latch spring. The real story is how easy it was to find the replacement spring from Partselect! I couldn't believe they had it, and even better yet, I ordered it one afternoon, and it came the next day with normal shipping! Unbelievable! Then I just popped it in and replaced the covers I had removed and it was working again!

Took the the want burned out , and put the new ones.

Arrived in 24hours!!! Great.

Slide the old one out of the slot and insert the new one in its place.

Watched video which reminded me to order support for the turntable support ring and did exactly what the person in the video did. Excellent and prompt service and all parts fit.

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Easy, perfect

The lady in the Nova Scotia call center should get all the credit for being able to identify the part I needed from only the very limited information I was able to give her. Employee of the month for her. She also had such a great can do attitude. Lawence Baier

took the light assembly off and replaced the bulb and put the assembly together and fitted back in the space and finished the assembly.

Problem was easily diagnosed using the internet as a resource, problem was a bad stirrer motor. Hardest part of the repair was the removal of the microwave. Once off the wall, you remove the outer cover and a molded plastic casing directly underneath the outer cover at the top of hte microwave to expose the stirrer motor. Removed two screws and two wires and the old motor is out. Did exactly the opposite to install the new motor. The kit I recvd included among other things the motor, a new inside cover, plastic rivets and even silicone to seal the inside cover. I am sure I saved a couple hundred dollars by doing myself.

Unscrewed the lens cover anbd inserted the new bulb. Put the cover back on and there was light!
