rotating glass dish assembly making stange noise
The lady in the Nova Scotia call center should get all the credit for being able to identify the part I needed from only the very limited information I was able to give her. Employee of the month for her. She also had such a great can do attitude. Lawence Baier

glass turn table would not turn
After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping, fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Thanks so much, I have been able to mark this off my list of things to fix. Have a nice day. Cj- age, 58

Microwave turntable stopped rotating.
1. Unplug the power cord from the wall socket. 2. Remove the 10 screws holding the bottom cabinet cover in place. The bottom cabinet cover will swing down allowing acces to the inside ofe the microwave. 3. Remove the connector from the turntable motor. 4. Use a T15 Torx driver to remove the 2 Torx screws holding the motor in place. 5. Remove the motor. 6. Reverse the process using the new motor.

Microwave was making a grinding sound
Problem was easily diagnosed using the internet as a resource, problem was a bad stirrer motor. Hardest part of the repair was the removal of the microwave. Once off the wall, you remove the outer cover and a molded plastic casing directly underneath the outer cover at the top of hte microwave to expose the stirrer motor. Removed two screws and two wires and the old motor is out. Did exactly the opposite to install the new motor. The kit I recvd included among other things the motor, a new inside cover, plastic rivets and even silicone to seal the inside cover. I am sure I saved a couple hundred dollars by doing myself.

Old light bulb popped and burned out and melded itself to the socket. Light bulb then broke off inside the socket. Socket cracked and broke when trying to dislodge broken light bulb.
Removed all the screws from the underside panel - approximately 9 or 10 of them. The panel easily dropped down to allow easy access to the light bulb socket assembly. The wires to the socket easily unplugged and old socket easily removed. New socket slipped right in and wires easily plugged in. Actually took longer to put the screws back in than anything else. I am thrilled with this repair. Note: so easy even a 61 year old single woman in her PJ's can do it.

Broken outer door frame
Went onto YouTube and found an easy to follow video re: replacing the outer door frame, though it was pretty self explanatory. Removed the three screws on the handle side, popped it off. Inserted the glass and inner frame into the new frame, it clips in with a little muscle. Unscrewed the door handle from the old frame and screwed it onto the new frame. The new frame easily popped into place on the door. Screwed in on the handle side and it was ready to go. The hardest part was cleaning the grease and marks off the glass before putting it into the shiny new part.

2 burned out bulbs under the microwave/important light source for kitchen stove.
I didn't do the repair -- my husband did, said it was easy, had no problems what so ever! The new bulbs give a lot more light to the cooking area.
