My refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing. The evaporator fan was running but the compressor was not and I don't think the condenser fan was running. I replaced the start relay and start capacitor and the compressor started but the fridge and freezer are still not cooling. I don't think the condenser fan is running. I assume checking that fan motor is the next step. What about the temperature sensor in the freezer, could that be bad?
Thanks,
Allan

Hello Allan, thank you for contacting us. The condenser fan motor, part number PS12741612, is supposed to run when the compressor is running. The most probable cause of the problem is a faulty condenser fan motor. The temperature sensor can also be a culprit and we would recommend testing it with a multimeter. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!
A follow up to my previous question. The condenser fan is running, the evaporator fan motor is running, the start relay and capacitor have been replaced, the gate that allows air flow into the refrigerator is functioning, but still not cooling in freezer or fridge. Of the six items listed as the most probable causes, this leaves the temperature control thermostat, the temperature control board, the refrigerator thermistor ,and the main control board. The literature states that the thermostat and the temperature control board, which is digital on this model, directs voltage to the compressor and fan motors. Since the fans and compressor are running, I assume the thermostat and control board are functioning. Where is the thermistor located on this model and if it tests OK, should I conclude that the main control board is defective, although the literature says this is almost never the cause.
Thanks again,
Allan

Water is coming out from under the refrigerator. It’s not a lot and it’s not consistent. What could be the problem?
For model number 59672009013
Hello Paula, thank you for your question. The bit of water coming from under the unit might be a plugged drain tube PartSelect Number: PS8691807. If the drain tube is not clogged, there could be an issue with frost buildup on the evaporator coils. We would recommend checking the coils, and if there is a lot of ice or frost buildup, the defrost heater, defrost thermostat, and evaporator fan motor on the unit. I hope this helps.

I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck let's give her a shot so I did give it a shot. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!
