During a wash programme there is no drum agitation and it will not spin. However, on the drain/spin and rinse/spin cycles it spins fine. Any suggestions?

Hello Jez, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, we would recommend checking the agitator for any damage. If the agitator is fine, then the issue is most probably with the control board, part number PS16744871. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
Replaced the 4 suspension rods/springs. Only disconnect and replace one at a time. The tub will fall out if you disconnect and replace more than one rod/spring at a time.
