25360312416 Kenmore Refrigerator - Instructions

Old one bad, relpaced with a new one.

The repair was not the issue. When I received it there was no protection packing, no invoice and if you call the number, no one is there to help. The rack was plastic with no protection in box and it was damaged. Tried to resolve this matter with no response. Will never go through part select again.

I removed the framing shelf from the bottom of refrigerator. I took the glass shelf from box. I place the shelf within the groves in the framing of shelf. Slide shelf with glass attached back in refrigerator.

took out all items off the shelves from frig - followed the instructions on Steve's video
installed 2 new racks replaced all items on the shelves everything worked fine

Remove Ice container - loosen 2 Phillips screws -unplug electrical plug by squeezing sides- lift old icemaker up off the screws and remove - Plug in the new ice maker - place new icemaker so water inlet goes into new ice maker, slide up over existing screws and slide down - tighten screws and replace ice container

Snaps right into place, easy as can be.

The part i recieved, from parts select was a larger in circumfrence (<1/4) than the original. However i was not aware of this until after i treid to repair it.

I removed the broken fan from the condenser. This was very sipmle.

When i pluged the refridgerator back in to the outlet the fan tried to start up but soon began to make aloud noise, due to there not being enough clerance.

All you do is snap it on

I used the youtube you provided. It was pretty straight forward, but I had to make a trip to the hardware store for a bit (hex wrench) to remove the hex bolt head style screws. I was only expecting to need phillips or flathead. I managed to remove one with a set of pliers, and the brought that example to the store for size reference when buying the bit to fit my black and decker drill. The rest was easy.

Took under 2 minutes to install

The center door hinge was still attached to the refridgerator so I only had to install the bottom and top hinges. I also moved the door handles to the other side so the doors open the "right" way. The hinges were just 2 bolts and 3 screws. Now, just if the repair man from our home warrentee company would show up to fix the refridgerator. It's blowing hot air!!!

Figuring out how to remove the cracked door rack was the most complication I had. Once I figured out how to push it up it was easy to remove and then replace it with the new part by just placing it over the nobs and pushing down. No tools needed, just hands.

The original Crisper Glass Shelf Insert was broken when cleaning it. We ordered a replacement Crisper Glass Shelf Insert (PartSelect Number PS429963), and it was very easy/simple to insert into the Fresh Drawer...no tools required. We were very pleased with the ordering process and outcome. Thank You.

Ordered new one. Popped it in. Very Very easy

This was not technical at all. The old door fell out and the replacement door snapped right into position. It was simple.
