Was missing a freezer shelf
Parts came in the mail, and the bar was a little too long, so I cut it with tin snips and it went right in. Easiest job I've ever done.

The freezer door shelf retainer had snapped and broke at the plastic ends.
I ordered the plastic end pieces and the metal strap they connect to as outlined by the PartSelect website.... The metal strap they sent was too long and I couldn't cut it to fit. I did realize, however that there was nothing wrong with that part so I attached the end pieces to the old middle piece and it worked out just fine. I now have an extra part that I didn't need after all though.

Retainer shelf ends broke off leaving just the retainer bar
Took out the old tabs that broke off (left inside the retainer bar) with a butter knife - just lifted very gently the ends to slip out the broken off old pieces then replaced with new pieces (pressed lifted sides back down with side of butter knife and then snapped back into door of fridge gently it will pop snap back in - So very very easy to do - should have done this years ago instead of living with taped ends and waiting until husband had time-smiles fridge looks new again do not wait - just do it order the pieces u need and you will be very happy U did

missing and broken endcap pieces
Nothing really - all pieces fit exactly as they should and fit the appliance(s) as we were told they would. GREAT customer service, I was not sure what I needed (part # wise) and brief consult with their representative got me what I needed quickly. They have ABSOLUTELY the FASTEST DELIVERY system in the world. I ordered mid afternoon got it the following day, no extra charge. Awesome! Definitely shop with them again - no questions.
