The stirrer fan cover in your microwave can be found on the roof of the microwave. It protects the fan from damage and debris. This fan cover is made of white plastic and is approximately 7.5 inches in diameter. Occasionally, the stirrer fan cover can melt, and become damaged. If you smell burning from your microwave or notice damage, the fan cover should be replaced. The stirrer fan cover is sold individually, and is an OEM part directly from the manufacturer.

Wave Guide Cover

This is the replacement wave guide cover for your microwave. It is white in color and is approximately 3 ½ inches long and 4 inches wide. It has two small tabs at the top that allow it to lock into place. The wave guide cover transmits microwave radiation while preventing steam and food particles from interacting with the sensitive electronic components of the microwave. If your wave guide cover is damaged or missing, it will need to be replaced. Be sure to disconnect power from the microwave before you begin this repair.
