Wrap,tie Specifications
This is an authentic Black & Decker replacement part. The tie wrap is designed by the manufacturer for use on lawn mowers. This part is made of flexible plastic, and is used to secure control cords against the mower handle. When replacing this item, you may require scissors or a knife to remove the old part. The new part can then be secured in its place by simply inserting the tail into the head and pulling it tight. This item is sold individually.
