Does the overload combo include both the overload and relay?

Hello Shawn, thank you for your question. The Part #: PS9862605 Overload and start device and the Part #: PS9863880 is the capacitor. These two units work together to star the compressor and keep it running. I hope this helps!

My GE profile (bottom freezer) fridge is clicking intermittently just before the compressor starts so I'm suspecting that I need to replace the start relay. Which parts do I need to replace? Do I need to replace both the capacitor and the start relay? Could you please tell me which parts I need to order? Thanks.
