Before I purchase the part (damper assembly) and replace it, what are the steps to access the area of the damper assembly?

Thanks for your question. This part is located under the fridge top. Unplug the fridge, remove the light cover, and the damper will be behind some styrofoam close by.

I changed all sensors and the fresh-food section is still too cold what else do you think I should change, I had ordered the water tank from you cause it bust from freezing and I don't want that to happen again thanx.

The air damper control opens and closes to let the proper amount of cold air into the refrigerator compartment. If the damper does not close properly, it will let too much cold air into the refrigerator. If this part is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this helps!
