The cover cracked and was unable to hpld the crisper drawers
Removed the crisper drawers, then the glass top shelf insert, then cleaned the area before sliding in the new cover and then replacing the crisper drawers and the glass top insert.

The drawers and shelf in my refrigerator broke
I ordered new ones The came really fast. One was broken . My exchange was handled with great speed and excellent customer care.
The plastic cover broke - probably too many heavy bottles on it.
Had to take out everything on the shelf & pull out the vegetable draws, then proceeded to clean it all. Had to take out the glass inset in the cover & wash that. After that I just slid it in - piece of cake! The hardest part was to get the plastic cover off the new part!
By the way - I'm 87 yrs old.

Bottom shelf of fridge that holds the drawers in place
I typed replacement fridge parts in google. Parts select.com came up. I found my fridge model # on the fridge and typed it in. A similar model # came up and I looked at the parts diagram. I determined what the piece was. I checked a couple other similar fridge model #'s to see if the part was the same. It was. Parts select made it so easy! I ordered the part on Monday in the afternoon... used regular shipping and had it in my hands by 9 am on Wednesday. I opened my fridge took out the collapsed bottom shelf (courtesy of my forever climbing 3 year old!) Installed the old glass and drawers in the new tray and Voila! as good as new! This couldn't of been a better experience from beginning to end,

the frame was broken and it made using the shelf for food storage difficult.
Emptied the lower area of food, removed the drawers and the removed the broken shelf frame. My glass was unbroken so after removing it from the broken frame and cleaning it, I just had to place it in the new frame and put it in the frig. Can't believe how easy and quick the whole process was. I can now utilized all that wasted space in my frig again.

Plastic bracket broke so vegetable drawer would no longer stay in place
Pipes out the glass from existing shelf while in place inside refrigerator. Remove broken shelf. Install new shelf. Clean and replace glass. Easy job thanks to finding the correct part from Part Select!

We need the bottom shelf that holds the 2 drawers. I see the shelf that looks like the right one, but per your measurements it is 25 .5 wide, and 19.5 deep. Our shelf measures 24.5 by 18.5. The depth will work fine, but if it is actually 25.5 wide it may be a bit snug. What do you think.

One more question. The glass pieces in our shelf are fine. Just the edges of the shelf that fit over the side brackets are broken.

My vegetable drawer frame has a vertical center plastic support in my model: Htm18gcsarsa, serial #: Hr829426. Can you tell me what this part is called and how i can get one. Mine broke, and without it the frame can slip off the side supports. Thank you.
