Used model # of frigidaire on your web site... reviewed parts available... noticed shelves abailable... zoomed in to measure using crosshatch background... measured my freezer compartment... seemed doable... ordered shelf... receivednext day... attempted to slip in slots... had to grind off 3/16th inch on two legs... slipped in... Perfect!

Had no freezer shelf.
I had to cut a little of of the ends of the shelf to make it fit. I used an angle grinder to get the job done and the shelf fits perfectly. By the way I paid for 3-5 day shipping and got it the very next day can't ask for better service than that.

Freezer came with no shelf
The shelf fit perfectly right out of the box. It was as if it was made for it. No tools needed except for the box cutter to open the shipping carton.

I purchased a refrigerator for the first time, and didn't realize it lacked a freezer shelf!
The part fit perfectly. I simply placed the ends on the holes on the side wall inside the refrigerator, and the other end of the shelf slipped right into the matching holes on the other side. That easy!

Worn leaking gasket
First part sent dis not fit properly. Parts Select immediately provided a refund and sent another gasket which fit nicely. Watch a video if available - easy from there.
I sent the rack back to the address on the invoice and never received a refund. I was never able to get through on the phone line to speak with someone or to leave a message.

What are the measurements for this shelf
Hi Melonie, Thank you for the question. This shelf is approximately 24.5" X 12.33". The Freezer Shelf End Cap that are required are PartSelect Number PS445189 and sold separate from the shelf. Hope this helps!
I a freezer shelf as mine does not have one. I also need the 2 end caps as demonstrated in your video. The shelf is for the inside of the freezer not for the freezer door. How do i get the end caps. Thank you

Will this shelf fit my freezer? I have about 2 feet the distance from one wall to the other and the distance between the holes on the wall is 12'' and 3/16'', will this part fit?Thank you
