My freezer tray assembly ps8737441 is missing a wheel
Can i purchase just the wheel? Would this wheel missing cause my ice maker not to work?

Hello Debi, thank you for your question. The wheel is not sold separate from the drawer itself. It is unlikely that the wheel being missing from the drawer would cause the ice maker to stop working. If your ice maker is not making ice, you will want to replace the Water Valve part PS3527440. We hope this helps.

The freezer drawer keeps coming off the track. The wheel came off but snapped right back into place but for some reason it keeps coming out again. Do I need to replace the wheels of the whole drawer assembly or is it possibly some other issue. Thanks

If the rails are in good condition, we would recommend replacing the front wheels, part number PS7788846, and the rear wheels, part number PS7788847. The lower freezer drawer has broken and i need to replace. What model number would i use to replace.Also, all my food in the main part of the refrigerator ( there are two drawers- one for fruits and vegetables and the lower one that has a control switch "cold...colder"... it is in this lower drawer that all the food seems to freeze.. this has been an ongoing problem and adjusting the temps doesn't seem to resolve. suggestions?
