No power to touchpad on Refrigerator
My Wife used the orange peeler to poped the old Touch pad off and put the new one on it was that simple to do. and It still didn't work. I thought the touch pad had went bad and it was perfectly fine. So I started Tracking down the wiring, and found the Easy Connect that brought power to the touch pad was corroded. and one of the wires was broken. Killed the power at the Breaker box, cut the easy connect out put in a new one and the Ice maker touch pad works fine now. DUMB MISTAKE I should have ran the wires first instead of thinking the touch pad went bad.

The dispenser touch pad has power but is stuck on crushed ice, water and cubed ice buttons don't change when pressed, all other functions on the board are working ok.

We replaced the faceplate and it still won’t dispense ice or water or does intermittently. What else could it be?
