Not defrosting. Freezer cold, lower unit 58 f.

Hello Al, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the defrost thermostat, part number PS7785620, to solve the problem. When the unit is not defrosting, the ice buildup could lead to vent blockage and thus cause the refrigerator to not cool properly. Glad to be of assistance!
