My dishwasher will not shut off. If I push cancel it will shut off, but it comes back on after 28 seconds. I unplugged the unit for 2 minutes, but that did not help. Can you help?

Thanks for your question. You will want to test the high-limit thermostat with a multimeter to check if it has continuity - replace it if it does not. If that part is working properly, the electronic control board may need to be replaced.

If it has tripped, flip the switch to the off position and then turn it back on. If the issue remains, the control board, part number PS7783914, is more likely the problem. Before replacing the control board, you may need to check the door latch, part number PS8770043. We hope that helps!
