Does not go through rinse and spin cycle. Code LE comes up. Tried unplugging/ spinning the tub. It will spin by hand and sometimes it won’t. During rinse- spin cycle the tub will twitch a couple times then it’ll give the LE code again

Your description of the drum sometimes spinning by hand and other times locking up, along with the motor twitching, is a classic symptom of a bad sensor.
