broken cook top grate
Ordered a GE replacement grate TWICE. Both times the grate arrived broken. I paid twice for the grate over a four month period because Part Select takes so long to ship after payment. Now, I get nothing be repeated BS emails from PartSelect about how to file my claim. They just can not seem to get around to authorizing a part return or refund.
