Burn was either on Hi or Off
Turn off power to the unit. Remove the kick plate. Pull out unit until you can access side screws that hold the front panel. Remove knob and 2 screws holding the switch. Place new switch next to old one and move one wire at a time. Reassemble and test - Working now
