As it turns out the part was not the problem, The control panel was the problem. After realizing that this was the case, I removed the High voltage control from the control panel, its the yellow board with all the wire harnesses attached. The problem was that a solder on the back of the board under the 20/40 amp relay had melted away. This caused only 120v to go to the elements! when it should be 240v to ground. After I re soldered this point using a magnifying glass so as to ensure I did not over solder the joint, Problem solved. oven is working properly, keep in mind I'm a red seal electrician. This could be very dangerous if you do not know what you are doing!

I sent an email on the 23 May explaining that I want to return my parts as they don't match and won`t ft. Hello, I wish to return my order which arrived 23 May. I compared the parts in the stove and they are different so I wish to return them. I have the packaging and box in front of me and I`ll send back to you as soon as the post office opens.
