Paid for replacement because of problems just over 1 yr warranty
I replaced our fridge door handle in May 2021, was so impressed I continued and got a new handle for the top freezer door as well in Feb 2022. Unfortunately in about June 2022 the first one started to lose it's smoothness, seemed like a layer of plastic was fraying off. I called and found a person that was surprised, couldn't find any detail to explain why this would happen. And it was past it's 1 yr warranty so couldn't be replaced. I ordered another one and paid again, am crossing my fingers this doesn't happen to the 2 I have now. Am going to check carefully to make sure if it does I get it within the 1 year warranty.

Broken Handle on Refrig
Once I removed the screw cover by sliding it down the handle wes 3 #8 x 1/2 screws that had to be removed. The handle was switched and screwed back on and a new screw cover was put on. Easy as pie.

Broke one of the door handles
Called Parts-select they helped me out because I had different part number they guided me to the correct part and sent it in no time the part arrived and within 3minutes the part was on and looking good.
