Water is pooling in the bottom of the refrigerator from condensation. Do you have any suggestions?
For model number Rf263aepn/xaa
Hello Rebecca,
Thanks for your question! If the water is pooling under the crisper drawers, we would advise cleaning out the defrost drain tube of any debris and flush it with hot water if needed. Check if the water tubing is also intact. If all of the tubing is fine, consider testing the water inlet valves with a multimeter and replacing them if they show no continuity.
I hope this helps.
Water is leaking into the bottom of the freezer, then freezing, and every 2-3 weeks the ice has to be removed so the freezer drawer can slide open. Where is the most likely place the water is coming from and what should i check?
For model number RF266AAWP
Hi Larry,
Thank you for your question. If there is water pooling in the bottom of your freezer that freezes every few weeks, then there is blockage in the drain tube and it will need to be cleaned out. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Water not dispensing but ice maker works, water line is clear and flowing with good pressure to valve. Line from top of door connection to dispenser is clear. I shoved a wire through the line coming to door from top of fridge in case it was frozen, it went through easily. Is it the valve normally in this case?
For model number RF267AARS/XAA
Hi Sean,
Thank you for your question. If you are unable to dispense water from the refrigerator, we recommend checking the water inlet valve for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting to see if it is operating correctly. You should receive a reading of 200-500 ohms. If you get any other reading, you will need a replacement water inlet valve. We hope this helps!

Continuous leaking from water dispenser
For model number RF267AARS
Hello Rich, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, if the dispenser has a steady drip, it may be caused by air in the water line or an improper water line connection. If the water filter was recently replaced, dripping from the dispenser may occur because air is trapped in the water filter. We would recommend checking the water line hose connectors for any leaking. If this is not the issue, then you may need to check the water tank assembly, part number PS4174959, to fix the problem. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
Water is not coming out of the outside door dispenser..we changed the filter but could it be damaged & therefore replace it.
For model number RS275ACBP
Hello Valerie, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the Micro Switch, PartSelect Number PS4138722 for continuity. It is a common part to be replaced when the dispenser is not dispensing water. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
