Unit experienced a power surge while running. Now it will not turn on. Utube suggests replacing the noise filter and pcb board. Any idea which part is the noise filter?

Isn't there a way of checking to see if its the main pcb or the pcb display? There must be some testing ?

Hi Paul, thank you for your question. There is, however usually only a trained technician would be able to do this. Sometimes if you still have the technical sheets that come with your appliance there will be information on how to test those boards. Unfortunately if you do not have that you may have to call a technician to come to your home to test the boards. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Washer will not power up. wall out power ok replaced noise filter still no power up. don't see any led lighting up on the pcb board. what would you suggest to test or replace?

Lcd light on pcb is off when washer is connected to power source. Noice filter shows 110volt ac.Need pcb be replaced?
