When dishwasher went from water fill to power wash the dishwasher would shut down and the front lights would flash
I had replaced every replaceable part over the years, and for the last time was able to get the board to work (1) last time in the "smart-wash" mode which told me the drive components (pumps) were working ok, so I determined the board was bad. The board was ordered on a thursday and delivered on a sunday (fedex), installed same day, took me at least an hour to get door apart and remove the wiring harness (8 of them) without breaking the harness or destroying the wires. Once installed and back together it worked very well. When I placed the order the person on the line emailed me a helpful video link (youtube) on how to get the door apart. Nice job !!

My dishwasher the cancel light blinks and when I push it, It clears then I push start and it goes into cancel mode and runs for about 5 minutes and that it. I can't get any of the other buttons to light up it's not on control lock. It won't run a single cycle just runs on cancel mode and that it. Is my control panel bad? Or is there something else I should try first before taken it apart.

When machine is turned on pump will fill, and it can drain but does not go into any wash cycle .Would the electric control fix this problem.
For model number 66513269K113
Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your inquiry. If your washer is stopping mid-cycle, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the door latch, the electronic control board, the control panel, the pump, the heating element and the fuse. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The dishwasher seems to run the correct cycles then gets stuck in the dry cycle. It sounds like a pump is running but there is no more water and the dishes are clean. I can cancel and start a new cycle. Any tips on where I should start looking. Btw the inlet pump was just replaced when I found no water going in during a wash cycle. That seems to be fixed.
For model number 66513263K112
Hello Dave, Thank you for the question. If the water is heating up and all other cycles are good, you may have a defective Control Board PartSelect Number PS3633113. We hope this helps!

My Normal and my Start button are not working. I flipped the breaker a few times hoping to reset things, but no luck. Do you think I need a new control?
For model number WDT790SLYM1
Hello Sara, Thank you for the question. If some of the buttons are not responding, this normally indicates the Control Panel PartSelect Number PS11753963 is faulty and may need to be replaced. If the Panel is good, you may have a faulty Main Control Board, PartSelect Number PS11756842. We hope this solves your problem!
I have to turn of the breaker off and then turn it back on to get my dishwasher to let me use any buttons. I can sometimes only use 1 hour wash and sani rinse. I am assuming something needs to be replaced. Would it be the control board? Thank you.
For model number 655.13289K112
Hi Daniel, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the control board, part number PS3633113. We are sure this will help!

the heater won't stop running. what is the solution to the problem?
For model number WDT790SAYM1
Hi Randall, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest replacing the thermostat, part number PS11750035, to solve the problem. It attaches to the bottom of the dishwasher tub and monitors the temperature of the water. We hope that helps!
