Why wouldn't my ice maker turn on? It has been working. Like when you plug it in it's not even registering that's being plugged in. Is that a motor or a master control panel issue? And what can I do to fix it?

Hello Savannah, thank you for contacting us. The most probable culprits are the thermistor, part number PS11755741, and the control board, part number PS11748974. We would recommend checking the thermistor for continuity and if it is good, replacing the board is most likely solution.
