The capacitor on the main board was shorted and swollen
This particular model has the top mounted compressor so the main board was located in the top section behind a metal shield. Remove all the plugs from the board they are all different sizes so it’s easy to replace correctly. The most difficult part is removing the board from the nylon stand offs. Use needle nose pliers to press retainers in and pull each corner from the standoff. A piece of 1/8 metal tubing makes compressing the standoffs easy.
