I have a KitchenAid microwave. This model comes with a meal shelf inside the oven. The shelf is supported by 4 brackets. I am missing 1 of those 4 brackets. The part numbers i've found don't appear to be the same bracket that i have. Can you help me find the right part number & tell me where i can get one. Oh yes & the cost.

The bracket has been burn what cause this in side the back on left

I just received my baking rack I ordered. Instructions say remove before using oven. For 2 level cooking only.
(YOU mean use for microwave only?) Not for baking

Hello Julie, thank you for your inquiry. The manufacturer recommends using metal bakeware only during bake cycles. It is suggested to use ovenproof, microwave-safe cookware for all other convection and combination cycles. Since this meal rack, part number PS2580899, is metal bakeware, it can be used during the bake cycles and not during combination cycles. We hope this information helps!

I was given a Whirlpool microwave with a metal rack inside. Do I have to remove the metal rack when I microwave food or can I keep it in there during the process?
Hi Julie, thank you for the question. According to our research, you can use the microwave with the metal rack inside. Microwaves that come with racks are specifically designed for the oven they come in. The rack is ideal for giving you more space to heat up two or more containers at the same time. They attach to plastic or rubber clips on the sides of the oven, out of contact with other metal in the microwave that could cause it to become reactive. It is also best to remove the rack if you do not need the additional surface, as this rack does get hot. We hope this information helps!
