My dishwasher does not drain and I am not sure if I need # 325 and 327 or just one pump drain. If I order both and all the little parts will I get a refund for all unused parts that I return?
For model number CDWT980V00SS
Hello Kathleen, Thank you for the question. The Item #327 is only sold as part of the pump #325. When you order 325 you will also get the #327. Hope this helps!

I need to know if i have the right part the dishwasher never drained always left water since been new
For model number Dishwasher gdwf150v55es
Hi Michael,
Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is not draining, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the sump, the sump filter and cover, the drain pump, the drain tube, the fine filter, the flood switch, the water inlet valve, the stem float the cover inlet and the valve flapper for the pump. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My GE dishwasher pdwt180v00ss will not drain. I’ve taken apart the filters and cleaned out all of them and the sump. My next step is to replace the drain pump solenoid according to all the recommendations for the next step. I have been studying these exploded diagrams to locate it but i have not found a single parts website yet that shows where the pump solenoid exactly is on this dishwasher, nor have i been able to find an exact parts number for it. I want to try the solenoid before i replace the pump. Any ideas as to the exact part number for the solenoid?
For model number PDWT180V00SS
Hello Trent, thank you for your question. There is no drain solenoid on this unit. The drain pump assembly, PartSelect Number PS2577650, should be replaced. I hope this helps.

Dishwasher won’t wash but it will drain
For model number GDWT668V55SS
Hello Tracy, thank you for contacting us. If your dishwasher won't wash but drains, the issue could be due to a faulty circulation pump. It is responsible for forcing water through the spray arms to wash the dishes. It fails when debris like glass or hard food jams the internal impeller or when the motor windings burn out, preventing the spray arms from ever spinning. Replacing it can help fix the issue. The part number is PS3652479. We hope this solves your problem!
