How to remove front panel to replace part
For model number JDP39WW2WW
Hello Jerry, Thank you for writing. First remove all of the knobs from the front. You will need to "pop" off the end caps on the panel to expose the end bracket with screws. Once removed you can open up the Control Panel to replace the Clock Plate. We hope this is helpful!

The problem i am having is that my up/down arrows to set the timers and clock are worn out and not very responsive anymore. Is this the part i need to replace them? Also; can they be replaced without replacing the cloak because i see it is no longer available. The model number shown above is what is on the inside of my stove.
