Switch and burner dead
Removed rear panel, disconnected wires, unscrewed switch X2 - installed new parts in reverse order. Note: Would have appreciated new mounting screws with replacement switch.

Right front burner ,goes way above set point, and will not adjust down until knob is turned to off then back on again, do i need a new switch?
For model number 911.93141000
Hi Dave,
Thank you for your question. If the temperature of the burner is going higher than it should, than you will need to replace the burner switch. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The burner light stays on even when the burners are off.
For model number RB526DH2BB
Hi Kevin, thank you for your question. It sounds like you may need to replace the light itself. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
None of the 4 burners will get red hot, I have swapped the burners to another stove so I know it is not the burners. I dont see how 4 switches can be not working, what else can it be?

Hi Robert, thank you for the question. You may need to check the surface element terminal block kit, part number PS783534, to fix the issue. It connects the wire harness to the surface element. We hope this solves your problem!
The four burners' temperature gets hotter than what I set it to. I have to turn them off and then back again to get them to come down. The stove also makes a buzzing sound when on. No problem with the oven.
For model number RB526DH1WW
Hello Teresa, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we would recommend checking the wiring connections between the surface element control switches. If the connections are fine, the issue is most probably with the surface element control switches. You may need to replace them to fix the issue. The 8 inches surface element control switch is part number PS236752, and the 6 inches surface element control switch is part number PS236747. It turns the surface element on and off and controls how much heat the element produces. We hope this helps!
All 4 of my stove top burners all the sudden stop heating, and all at the same time, could there be a fuse on this model or a switch that controls all 4 burners that went bad on me. Thanks for the help.
For model number RB525C2WH
Hello Jonni, thank you for contacting us. All the burners and switch meet at the terminal block, it would be the only part that would cause all 4 burners to go at once. The part number for the terminal block kit is part number: PS242972 Hope this helps!
