I just replaced the door gasket on this Gibson upright freezer.
I can not get the door adjusted to allow the new gasket to seal. I have leveled the freezer and can't get door to seal
Part number for the door gasket was 3206261.
Do i need to replace the door bearings

Hi Mark, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest checking that the door gasket is properly installed. You may need to align the upper portion of the new gasket by inserting the lip of the gasket behind the edge of the door liner. Tight the upper screws to secure this part of the gasket, align the new gasket and tight all the screws. If the issue still persists, you may need to replace the hinge bearings. The lower hinge bearing is part number PS1146288 and the upper hinge bearing is part number PS469754. We hope this will resolve your problem!
