Ice maker quit and I ordered a new one and installed it and it still does not produce ice. Could it be the water valve at the bottom back of fridge? If so what is the part number to order a new one? Thanks, Jim

Hello Jim, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the waterlines first. Make sure they are not froze over preventing water from getting to the Ice Makers. If the appliance is pushed back to close to the wall, it can prevent the air flow and the lines can freeze. If the Lines are good, the Water Valve, PartSelect Number PS7784017 may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
