The heat setting numbers were worn off and missing due to cleaning this cover with something abrasive.
Removed the heat setting knobs which then reveal the 4 plastic retainers which are easily unthreaded using a Crescent wrench. Then the overlay panel simply lifts off and the new one placed on and the retainers are threaded back on.
